What I Loved
The integration of conventional energy resources with today's climate-change challenge is presented well.
They cited sources like the IPCC and others that sound legit to me.
In everything I heard from Davo's World Economic Forum recently (2026), the type of themes spoken in this forum are reflected in this book, how giants like the economy of China, the US, Europe, and bodies like NATO are also mentioned to make sense of today's news, how the conversation about IoT, AI, and rare minerals was made highlights how important these areas are for our planet's future and sustainability.
It also highlights the rise of renewable energy and battery storage, which have become cheaper over time; how they can be embedded in more firm regulation to take them up; and how AI can serve that purpose too.
It covers all aspects of sustainability: environmental risks, energy resources, management, policy, incentives, and international collaboration to ensure everything is in place at the same cost and to facilitate technology transfer among countries.
